�Muscles and the Body� from Will Eisner�s Expressive Anatomy (2004-2007*), page 12 of the published book. Lot of 2. Will Eisner was adamant that at least minimal knowledge of muscular anatomy was critical to an understanding of expressive anatomy, so the 2nd chapter of his book literally adds flesh to the skeletons in preceding pages. A comparison of this sharply detailed original with the published version shows that some subtlety of line was lost in the reduction and reproduction. Brush and ink on 7.75 x 10 inch vellum mounted on 8.5 x 11 white paper. The 2nd piece, on 8.5 x 11 paper, is Eisner�s original layout and pencil. In most cases Poplaski adhered closely to Eisner�s original pencils but in this instance, it was agreed that he would create three new spot illustrations, not the single weight lifter in the original concept..  $250 for Lot of 2 click for larger detail:
