    154. 1991 Comic Book Expo: July 2 & 3, San Diego.

By 1991 Kitchen Sink Press evidently had earned a certain reputation for producing creative buttons. The San Diego Expo (till recently a professional gathering held prior to each San Diego Comic Convention) asked KSP to provide the official souvenir button for that year's exhibitors and attendees. Native cartoonist Rick Geary, long associated with the convention's visuals, provided this image of comic books being dropped from an airplaine. KSP provided a similar button for 1992 (#164). 1.25 inch diameter. $3.00

One note, for serious button collectors, you may want to read the KSP BUTTON TEXT which explains the numbering systems for identifying the various buttons produced over the last 30 years, or see the COMPLETE KSP BUTTON LIST. The list is VERY long, so be patient while it loads.
