    178. Cadillacs & Dinosaurs: Hannah (1993). No. 2 in a set of 7 C&D buttons.

Hannah Dundee is drop-dead gorgeous, intelligent and resourceful, She's also the ambassador from the land of the Wassoon (the only other known population of post-holocaust human survivors), and both a foil and love interest to "Cadillac" Jack Tenrec (see button #179). A skilled archer, diplomat and seeker of largely-lost recorded knowledge, she, to many readers, is the most sympathetic character and the true hero of the post-apocalyptic Xenozoic Tales saga. Creator Mark Schultz must think so too, since her button comes before Jack's.

This button series, designed by Ray Fehrenbach, was among the items (including boxed candy bars) created by Kitchen Sink Press itself shortly before it ended its Wisconsin phase, moved to Massachusetts and merged with Tundra Publishing.

    1.25 inch diameter. $3.00

One note, for serious button collectors, you may want to read the KSP BUTTON TEXT which explains the numbering systems for identifying the various buttons produced over the last 30 years, or see the COMPLETE KSP BUTTON LIST. The list is VERY long, so be patient while it loads.
