John Wagner and artist Arthur Ranson, both Brits,
created this gripping graphic novel about hired assassins ("button
men") controlled by unseen manipulators literally playing
a deadly betting game with human pawns. Kitchen Sink issued this
promo button as well as a variant version (see button #192) to
promote the Button Man graphic novel which was optioned
for motion picture development at the time.
