Kurtzman (1924-1993)
created MAD, which he made into the most influential humor
magazine in America. Kurtzman also founded and edited Humbug
(1957-58), Trump (1957) and Help! (1960-65),
humor magazines featuring top artists, writers and comedians.
Kurtzman created the classic surrealist comic Hey Look! (1946-49)
and, with Will Elder, Little Annie Fanny for Playboy
(1962-1989). 4" x 6" sepia tone on heavy card stock.
