Keaton (1910-1945),
a talented artist whose career was tragically cut short, created
Flyin' Jenny (1939-45), the only comic strip about an
aviatrix, and while working for Lt. Dick Calkins,
ghosted the finest Buck Rogers Sunday pages and drew the
aviation advenrture strip Skyroads. (See also The
