"The Road to Wealth" 3-D poster by Harrison Cady Harrison Cady (1877-1970) was a remarkable illustrator whose complex crowd scenes and anthropomorphic bugs entertained countless readers of the original LIFE magazine and other publications during the first half of the 20th century. In this "Road to Wealth" 3-D print (measuring 17 x 12 inches) Cady skewers capitalism at its greediest. A long line of corporate sins winds its path, from the despoiling of nature and real estate booms by developers, to various Wall Street manipulations and schemes, to loan sharks, and many other money worshipping pitfalls, Cady's pen captures it all with remarkably detailed precision. And the funniest (?) of all is that he drew this in 1910. Over a hundred years later it still rings true! If you have 3-D glasses at home ---red (left eye) and blue (right eye)--- you can put them on and see the basic effect of this image on your screen. Of course the large paper version will be much more impressive. If you order the real thing, the poster comes with custom 3-D glasses (and the glasses themselves are 3-D)!
